Over the past sixteen months, ME3 Global has made meaningful strides in six key areas:
i. Capturing and protecting intellectual property
ME3's innovative game concept is based on Jerry Berlin's formulas that were developed over a seven year period. These formulas have been proven to have a 72% success rate - and when combined with a strict set of rules ensure that gamers steadily grow accounts over the long-term.
Substantial work has been completed to capture the formulas and techniques into materials that can be used in developing the game and marketed to the public through DVDs, books, etc. The fact that this intellectual property has been captured also helps safeguard the interest of investors who will profit from maximizing this intellectual property through our subsidiaries. While developing the game over the next year, substantially more intellectual property will become available and patented.
ii. Confirmation of formulas
To substantiate the value of the intellectual property, multiple tests with hundreds of gamers have been conducted with documented and demonstrable results. As an example, in June of 2005, eleven gamers were taught with our refined game concept with their progress tracked over a six week period. iii. Best Business Model / Most lucrative company to build
Building an internet game represents the best business model to disseminate our information to our target market. We combined the fastest growing market in the world (the ForEx market) with the fastest growing and second largest entertainment industry in the world (internet games).
Our product (in game commerce) is the most sought after and fastest growing segment of the game industry. In addition, we added the benefits of online community building, such as MySpace to our business model. We determined that this type of company is the most sought after company to purchase from the perspective of the major corporations. Multiples recently have been as high as an unheard of 120 times.
iv. Creation of initial DVD set
We've completed the basic DVD set that teaches the gamers how to win the game. The DVDs represent saleable assets. ME3 Global conducted a study to determine an online marketing strategy for our training systems. The study assessed the cost to acquire customers (search engine marketing), the conversion rate, and potential retention strategies (maintaining customer loyalty and minimizing attrition rates). The marketing firm concluded that the game concept is the highest and best use for our training systems.
v. Legal research confirming legality of concept
Following the fall of online poker (deemed gambling / game of chance) ME3 solicited the opinions of both attorneys and a statistician regarding the legality of our concept, including providing cash and prizes and funding our top gamers. The statistician verified that ours is a game of skill, not chance. The legal opinion is that awarding cash and prizes for games of skill is legal and not considered gambling.
